I was in Burger King the other day with my wife. Whilst eating my burger I noticed a young guy sitting at a table in the corner of the room with his head in his hands. I knew that look – he had the weight of the world on his shoulders. I had been the same in the past.
Looking around there was another guy slumped over a table obviously exhausted. Sleeping in Burger King had become a habit I guess.
Of course as a life coach I am not supposed to make general assumptions about people, but seeing these two guys brought home to me the reason why I am a life coach and re-focussed my passion to help people.
My aim is to help people “get” what they want. I believe people should try to work at their own goals and if they then need help, to engage a life coach. There are resources on this site that can help you. Keep in mind though that:
- What you really want is often masked by a false want .
- In truth you already possess about 99% of what you need to help yourself achieve your goals.
- A life coach will help you re-discover your hidden talents.
I ask you now, if you see anyone in despair, help them by asking them to visit this site and use the resources or if required to request a free 30 minute life coaching session.
I cannot work with everyone as my time is valuable and indeed some people need the help of trained medical professionals not a life coach, but I will do my best to help those who contact me.
